Our Story
A small atelier with a long memory
D'Naqsh began in a Navi Mumbai studio with a stubborn idea — that a woman should be able to buy something online and feel it was made for her, not manufactured for everyone.
One of one
We cut in ones and twos. When a piece sells, its pattern is retired — the sold listing stays as a record, never a restock.
Hand-finished
Every garment is finished by karigars we work with directly. Embroidery, finishing, pressing — done by hand, in India.
Considered, not fast
No weekly flood of styles. A small, deliberate drop each Thursday — pieces we would wear ourselves.
The name
Naqsh — a mark, a motif, an imprint
In Urdu and Persian, naqsh is the trace a design leaves — on cloth, on stone, on memory. It felt right for a label built around pieces that are not repeated: each one is its own imprint, worn by one person, remembered as hers.
