Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you shop with D'Naqsh, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
Order details: name, shipping address, phone number and email so we can fulfil and update you about your order.
Payment data is processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store full card numbers, UPI PINs or CVVs.
Usage data: anonymised analytics (pages viewed, device type) to improve the store. You can opt out via your browser's Do-Not-Track setting.
How we use it
To process orders, arrange delivery, handle returns and respond to support requests.
To send transactional emails (order confirmation, dispatch, delivery).
With your consent, to send occasional emails about new pieces. Unsubscribe any time from the link in the footer of those emails.
Who we share it with
Logistics partners (for delivery), Razorpay (for payments) and our email provider — each only receives what they need.
We never sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
